How do I know?

Because I have been there. For much of my life, my insides didn’t match my outsides…think HOT mess on the inside, all the while ‘living the dream’ and polished on the outside. Constant anxiety, panic, sh*t relationships, and a deep disconnection from myself were the bedrock of my daily life, while my ability to ‘hold it all together’ at the expense of myself and continue to function at a high level was what others saw.

How did I get myself unstuck?

The first step was admitting that I couldn’t figure it all out by myself (no small feat for a hyper-independent woman!). And so I got help – because I knew I could no longer keep pretending I was ‘fine’. I tried a myriad of modalities in the wellness industry but nothing seemed to stick – until I found the right psychotherapist. I felt fully seen and understood for the first time, and as a result, was able to face and heal the survival patterns I’d been carrying my whole life.

That’s what I offer now.
